In her tenure, She has acquired an extensive knowledge and skill set that she believes will aid her in leading the office in a new direction with significant advancements in customer service and technology. She currently holds the position of Certificate Writer in the Registered Land Department within the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds. Karen received her Real Estate license in Massachusetts in 2001, and is also a notary and a commissioner to qualify for the state of Massachusetts. She still resides in Lowell with her husband of over thirty-two years James Cassella. They raised four wonderful children and have one beautiful granddaughter. Three of her children attended the public school system in Lowell, with her youngest daughter attending Saint Jeanned Arc private elementary school for eight years before attending Lowell High School.
